1.准备好原料;猪肉馅、莲藕

2.葱姜切末。

3.肉馅中放入葱姜末、胡椒粉、鸡粉、食盐、生抽、老抽、料酒。

4.加入调料,朝一个方向搅打到稍稍上劲。

5.鲜藕去皮擦成丝。

6.擦好的藕丝在案板上剁碎。

7.剁碎的莲藕稍稍挤去水分,放入搅拌好的肉馅中。

9.搅拌均匀的肉馅用虎口挤出成丸子

10.挤出的丸子放入锅中,中小火炸制金黄。

11.炸好的丸子盛出备用

12.炸好丸子,我们来调制一碗糖醋料汁。另取一碗,放入三勺食醋、放入白糖、少许生抽。放入一大勺番茄酱。(番茄酱为了颜色漂亮,可以不加)

13.炒锅留少许底油,放入葱姜丝爆香。

14.爆香葱姜丝,放入炸好的藕丸。

15.倒入调好的糖醋汁,小火烧几分钟。

16.藕丸入味后,转大火,用湿淀粉勾芡。

17.勾完芡汁,大火把汤汁收尽,均匀裹在藕丸上即可。
